Complaint concerning wrong goods
Dear Sirs
Our Order No. ANH38
On 19 June I ordered 3 shoes Hills with order No. ANH38.
At the opening of the package I received this morning I found a different hills shoes with the order. I am sorry because I need a stock such items. Therefore I return the shoes hills to the parcel post immediately for replacement soon, because I may be some customers who are waiting for this stuff.
Please credit my account with the invoiced value of the return copes including reimbusement for the postage cost $ 23.
